What follows below is the official description of this special census that fills the gap between the last U.S. census released, 1930, and the  1940 U.S. Census which will not be released until 2012. We will provide you with a copy of the actual census page in which your relative is listed.      A note about ordering a search in the 1935 Special Census of Puerto Rico: If you know the city, town, or pueblo AND the "Barrio" where your family was living in 1935 then you can probably get good results by simply ordering a one hour research project. However, if you only know the city, town, or pueblo but NOT the "Barrio," then we strongly suggest that you order the "Flat Rate Research" project as this would be the most economical and efficient way to proceed.
